The idea behind
Home Planning®

Since the real estate market began to develop in Romania, with the construction of new buildings, more and more potential customers were asking about the quality of the apartment or house they intended to purchase.
Thus, we began to develop, offering a service considered standard in Western Europe, namely technical audits prior to purchase or rental.

As we grew, we began to increasingly customize our services to offer detailed advice on real estate for individuals (structure, architectural elements, installations) as well as office buildings belonging to legal entities.

As the market is constantly changing, we continue to learn and adapt to the requirements of our clients.
