Home Planning®

Since the real estate market started to develop in Romania, through the construction of new buildings, more and more potential clients were asking about the quality of the apartment or house they were planning to buy.
Thus, we started to develop, to offer a service considered natural in Western Europe, that of technical audit before buying or renting.

As we developed, we started to customize our services more and more, to offer detailed advice on buildings belonging to individuals (structure, architectural elements, installations) as well as office buildings belonging to legal entities.

As the market is constantly changing, we too continue to learn and adapt to the requirements of our clients.
