Fabrica de Glucoză nr. 6–8, bl. 13, sc. B, ap. 60, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Home Planning" or "we".

These T&Cs apply to all users of the Site ("Users"). By accessing and using the Site, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and expressly accept these terms.

Home Planning reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time, with the modifications being applicable from the date of publication on the Website.

Purpose and use of the Website

The website is for informational purposes and presents:

• information about Home Planning and its activities;
• technical consulting services in civil construction (technical real estate inspections, technical audits, site management);
• specialized articles and materials.

The information and materials published on the Site do not constitute personalized technical, legal, or professional advice and cannot be considered applicable to a specific situation without a specific analysis.

For services tailored to a particular situation, the User may request a personalized offer using the contact details displayed on the Site.

Intellectual property rights

The entire content of the Website (texts, articles, graphics, images, visual elements, structure, design) is protected by copyright law and is the exclusive property of Home Planning, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment methods

For contracted services, payment can be made:

• by bank transfer to account RO85INGB0000999911940857 (RON);
• by card payment, if this option is available.

Payment shall be made after the actual provision of services, signing of the contract, and issuance of the tax invoice, in accordance with applicable law.

Service delivery policy

Home Planning is a provider of technical consulting services in construction.
It does not sell or deliver physical products.

Services are provided according to the packages and offers available on the Website or established through a personalized offer.

Working methods and deadlines

To initiate collaboration:

1. The user sends a request for a quote by email or via the contact form;
2. Within approximately 2–3 business hours, Home Planning sends the price offer (in RON) and the draft contract;
3. The contract is signed by email;
4. Services are provided in accordance with the agreed contract.

Cancellation/return policy

Given the nature of the services provided:

• no return policy applies;
• Payment shall be made only after the actual provision of services, in accordance with the contract concluded between the parties.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site or Home Planning services will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
